They talked about coming together as a team, and ignoring trade rumors while controlling the things they can control, which is how they play on the court. It was great timing considering two of their most difficult games this year are coming up next, with the Mavs tonight and the Thunder tomorrow. I like their focus heading into this one, and certainly believe they are going to win this game outright. Offensively, they looked as good as they have all season against Portland while sharing the ball. Defensively, they held the Blazers to just 30 points in the first half and have been one of the best defensive teams in the league all season. Take the Lakers and the points. |
